The only way to fix the C-shaped crooked nose from severe trauma or growth is to completely reposition. This should not be a camouflage procedure despite what you may hear. Even severe bending or deviation can be moved via septal repositioning and osteotomies. The goal is to recreate a restored, natural appearance with no sign of rhinoplasty. It is critical to release, resize and reposition all elements of the crooked nose, or success will not be possible.
